Job Description:
The International Ground Source Heat Pump Association is looking for an energetic, dedicated, hardworking student who is customer service oriented and has great communication and phone skills to serve as a membership retention assistant starting immediately.  Job duties include membership calls, stewardship and thank you calls, biographical informational updates, accurate documentation of results and other duties as assigned.  Preferred experience in a customer service environment.

Since 1987 IGSHPA has served as the industry association for the ground source heat pump industry.  With more than 5,000 members worldwide, we are the global leaders in training, research, and promotion related to the green and renewable energy technology of ground-source heat pumps.  Join our multi-cultural, age diverse team to gain experience in a dynamic outreach, extension, and communication role for an outreach unit in the College of Engineering, Architecture and Technology.  Please note, IGSHPA offices are located off-campus.

Work Times/Pay:  The ideal candidate will work up to 20 hours a week.  Office hours are 8-5 Monday-Friday.  Set working hours are flexible with student's class schedule.  This position is paid.
