Graduate Degree Plans


Our master's degree program offers you three specialty study track choices in media management. You can specialize in News Media Management, Strategic Communication Management or Sports Media. You also can choose from two options within each management type. The Thesis Option is designed to prepare you to teach at a college or get an advanced degree. The Project/Creative Component Option is designed to help you further your media career.

The following are examples of what courses you would typically take to complete the program in two years, although you can take up to seven years.
