The Association for Women in Sports Media (AWSM)

If you are interested in pursuing a career in sports media, apply to be a part of the 2019 AWSM Scholars program!

Up to eight female college students who have completed at least one year of school will be selected for paid internships in four fields:  broadcast production, sportswriting, media relations and social media.  Winners also receive a $1,000 scholarship, registration/lodging at our summer conference and a one-year membership to AWSM.

Application cost:  No fee for AWSM members (sign up for $25!), $40 for nonmembers.
